Alpbach

August 2003

Adding the photos for this holiday in retrospect I don't have any notes from the walks themselves. Consequently I have added some information found online about Alpbach .

Alpbach is a town in western Austria in the state of Tyrol. It owes its title "Austria's Most Beautiful Village" to its uniform, traditional wooden architecture and its abundance of colourful flowers. It is surrounded by meadows and forests and is set against the Gratlspitz peaks.
