After leaving Wellington I made my way to the Kaitoki Regional Park to explore the Lord of the Rings site.
I then continued on to Otaki and Palmerston North but only have digital photos of the Regional Park, hard copies again being in my Photo album.
Kaitoke Regional Park which was the location for some of the filming for Lord of the Rings . . .
and is home to the Hutt River
