On my own

Comments: Leaving White Coppice I walked back along the road to take the path past the unnamed reservoir and up to Healey Nab. This must be a popular route as the path looked well-walked and was very muddy. After leaving the summit I diverted onto a path into Grey Heights Wood. Unfortunately there was no way out at the far side so I had to retrace my steps to the main path to walk along Heapey Fold Lane. I continued on round the end of Anglezarke Reservoir to head back along its eastern side. I detoured along part of the Woodland Trail then followed the main path back to Moor Road. Crossing the road I walked along Stronstrey Bank and past the White Coppice Cricket Club.

The Mormon Temple stands out clearly as I gain height . . .
